So, this is the devil that is hidden in our midst. Though no longer hidden. This spectral figure has emerged from the blackness to show his hideous face in our once-bright lives. Where is our escape from his wretched hand? Shall we ever throw him down and continue on? I worry whether we shall have the strength to do such a thing...

Chapter 2

I think I'm writing this mostly for Dahlia, because she told me on graduation Sunday that she wanted me to keep writing, because she liked to read it. So Dahlia, here it is. Secondly, though, I realized that there's more of you guys out there that might like to read what's going on, and I wanted to keep you updated, in case you care to know. I knew that I had to keep writing, because someone needs to hear this stuff; some of it is really good! :) Anyhow, read if you like. This is for you, whoever you are, that is reading my thoughts as I type them. This is starting to sound really cheesy and cliche; I'd better stop. Talk to you soon.
